Procedures for bookings
Make a written request by filling out a “Request for Space” form. Forms can be picked up at Comité Jeunesse N.D.G.’s office. Reservations will not be made over the phone or verbally, only a signed written document will be considered valid. Incomplete requests will not be considered.
Organizations whose head offices are located in Montreal may also rent rooms for social activities. Priority is given to borough residents. The centre is not available for commercial purposes.
City policy prohibits the use of city buildings or facilities by any pressure group or petition seekers.

All requests must be made at least 30 working days before the event. This is to ensure an adequate time delay in which to obtain additional documents from the City of Montreal.
You will receive a response in the following manner:
Five working days after receiving your written request you will be telephoned. If the request has been accepted, you will make an appointment to come to sign the contract and pay any necessary fees. At this time you will be asked to bring a floor plan on how the equipment and furniture will be arranged, what methods will be used to supervise the event and how will the clean up be done and by whom.
All new groups / organizations must provide a recent copy of their enterprise certificate, as issued by the Inspecteur Général des Institutions Financières du Québec. Requests will not be processed until we have received this document.
All fees will be paid to Comité Jeunesse N.D.G. and receipts will be issued at the time of payment. An event is confirmed when a contract is signed and 50% of the total payment has been received.
